ALOE
VERA - by Ni Zain
If
you have kids, you might know it. They fall down, cry and... there
is a bruise. Bleeding. Normally you would now grasp a disinfections
- autsch...! Than put a plaster on and if your child keeps on
crying... give an Aspirin. Yes?
Okay,
so why not going a different way? First you wash out the wound
with clean water. Means not tap water. Water out of a bottle with
pure water. Than you put some Colloidal Silver spray on to disinfect,
than you go in the garden and pick a piece of your ALOE VERA.
You open the piece and apply the gel inside to the wound. This
leaves a wonderful film over the wound. If your child is still
in pain, than give a dose of Homeopathic Arnica 30x or 200x. Repeat
treatment as often as it might be necessarily. You will see the
wound will be healed in no time, leaving hardly any mark and will
not infect.
Coming
up with all this "weapons" they have now to treat wounds
seams so unnecessary to me if there is such great stuff as Aloe
Vera. But again, it is all about marketing.
Burns
stop to burn in no time if you apply immoderately Aloe Vera. Luckily
here in Bali Aloe Vera grows on every corner and you able to get
it almost everywhere. At the beach we used to hang out, the kids
get sometimes a cut from the rocks and corals in the sea. The
restaurant there has lots of Aloe Vera growing on its sideway
and we just feel free to take a piece and put it on the kids'
wounds. It works great and non of them ever had a serious infection
afterwards.
Aloe
Vera is wonderful if for any reason you got to much sun. Apply
it after a shower on your skin and you will be fine the next day.
Usually the skin would not peel off nor get blisters. This works
the same if you got a burn. Lets say you have been cooking pancakes
for your kids and somehow the frying pan and you got to close...
Take a piece of Aloe Vera and leave it on for a few minutes. Works
better than ice. And you still can enjoy the pancakes.
For
Akne Aloe Vera seams to be the only way to give your skin moister
without making it more fatty. Additional it heals the Akne if
you use it regular like twice a day. Great for Akne frustrated
teenagers!
Aloe
Vera can also be used internally, but... only for blood group
AB it would be really beneficial. For all the others: Drink something
ells and put the Aloe Vera on your skin.
Got
Dandruff? Okay try this. Mix 4 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil with
the gel of a big piece of Aloe Vera. Mix it together and massage
it into your calf. Leave it overnight. Repeat for one week! Adios
Dandruff! Welcome wonderful hair.
So
what if you have no Aloe Vera in your garden? Buy one! Put it
in a nice pot. They grow everywhere where it is warm, but not
in to much sun. They very fertile and soon you will have the house
full of pots. I love my Aloe Vera. Got it all over my place. One
is even hanging down from the balcony. Looks lovely. Flying Aloe
Vera! It seams to like it. Grows faster than any other one I got.
They great thing with them, you can cut off any amount you need
and the leave will just "heal" itself within a few hours.
So you always have a fresh pack at home. Well, and... if for some
kind of reason you cannot manage to have an Aloe Vera pot in your
place, poor you, than... there are a FEW really good brands of
Aloe Vera Gels around. But... make sure it is organic. Make sure
there is no crazy soandso additive in it. Found Zinc the other
day in a baby lotion. Crazy! Anything in it should be clear to
understand. I used to use one which was organic and it was great.
It was actually clear white not green as they used to be. And
this is right. Aloe out of the leave is not frog green it is clear
white. So the greener it is, the more soandso crazy chemical you
have in it. Anyway, I used it twice a day in my face and my skin
got sooo much better.
So,
get up, throw all this super duper disinfections and spray on
plasters in the rubbish and get a Aloe Vera. Why not? By the way...
here in Bali they called: Crocodile Toughs!
This
article is for Aloe Vera, thanks for being there.... Ni Zain -
