The Calcium Myths by Ni Zain

All about Calcium is one of the biggest scams in modern medicine. Almost everything you ever heard about calcium - Not true or wrong understood. I wonder still how all this could have been turned out so wrong and become common believe, while at the same time seriously damage is done to the healthy of millions.

So far I came across my healings, that I learned: Calcium is one of the top, if not the top killer in our world. Taking it from this point, it is unbelievable that millions today take Calcium in high amounts. Children are literally stuffed up with calcium containing products - as a result they all will have serious health problems in the near future.

Calcium is a very important part of our diet. Without calcium we would not grow, nor have most of our body functions working well. Nature was very clever and has put calcium in many foods, such as pumpkin, bananas, many beans and nuts and even herbs. So with a good and healthy diet, we get plenty of calcium. With drinking water we get more. But additional to calcium we need to have Magnesium and Chloride, other ways the calcium will not be absorbed. Again nature was very clever and looks that those components are in foods containing calcium as well. Our body works very well and will just take each of the requested amounts out of the food. All this based on a healthy diet and live style. Calcium is also used in the process to transform Cholesterol into Vitamin D. A live saving hormone actually - not a vitamin - which can only be produced with sunlight. So one thing is clear: It seams to go all together with a natural life style.

So now if you about to break the chain in cutting of one part of this process, than you are about to cause trouble. To little sun, will stop the use of calcium. To little calcium in a diet of processed and junk food, will get you into a calcium deficiency. The Thyroid, where Calcium is processed, is a very sensitive organ and can be easily thrown out of balance. Radiation, chemicals or heavy metals can disturb your thyroid in processing calcium, chloride and Magnesium. Adding that the Thyroid deals with radiation, is the workshop for our metabolism, you can imagine that almost all functions in the body will be disturbed. And here comes the key point to all of it:

Adding calcium to your diet will not change your calcium levels as long as your thyroid is not working!

Calcium from non natural sources, such as food or water, will simply not do the job!

The only ones who benefit from you buying calcium supplements and products with high levels of calcium added are: Those who selling it!

Neither your calcium levels nor your bones will benefit from artificial calcium.

Asians, have though their genetic lower calcium levels as anybody else in the world. Did you know this? I guess no. It almost physically hurts me seeing local Indonesian kids with milk bottles. Best filled up with a powered low quality milk with added calcium. Not just the product is full of sugar, not just that the processed food is their first junk food. Some companies make sure that from birth to dead you get hocked up to their junk.... But, does any of you have an idea what this milk with extra calcium does to those kids?

We do not just absorb calcium via food and our drinking water. We also absorb water each time we shower, bath or swim. So plenty of calcium around for us. Senility, most heart diseases, gout, kidney problems and many more are: Calcium accumulation related diseases. Means, to much calcium in the body which has not proper been processed and got stored in the body. Artificial calcium is not processed well and will accumulate in blood vessels and other parts of the body. I am just imagining now for years what will happen to all those kids who don' t actually need so much calcium. Senility with 30 years? Their bodies stiff with 25 years? Their kidneys out of function with 20? You think I am joking? Over the top? Not at all.

This is what happens if humans try to mimic nature. If we breast feed our children and our mothers have enough calcium are in the food we eat. If we feed our children a well balanced diet, than we don't need "extra calcium" from cow milk or any other artificial source. Yes, I include cow milk into artificial food. Cow milk as you might consume it today is not a natural product anymore. Or do you think this is normal:

In the USA briefly was a new treatment for farm animals developed, as the public was quite upset with the way cows, pigs and chickens were treated. They found a way how to "cut off" the suffering part in the animal. So they can go on with the torture, but the poor animal will not suffer anymore. Pardon me? My question is: Whom will they cut off next from the suffering?

I have raised my own child with 16 months of breastfeeding, organic food, but no dairy products. At one point when she was growing fast and teeth came, I realized her calcium was to low. I checked the diet and found: it was okay. But simply she has grown too much and too fast in a short time. So we added some more calcium containing food and it was fine. Simply also, because in high request times, it can be we get into a slight deficiency, but our bodies are very clever, we crave for the right food. So I simply had more of the calcium food around and it worked. Within several days the level stabilized. We also added a little bit more sunlight and moving in fresh air and it all balance out again. The teeth of my child are extremely healthy - not one spot or whole in any of the milk teeth. The new teeth coming strong and healthy too.

Teeth. Well, if you think you have to add calcium because of your teeth, this is wrong again. Teeth need more than just calcium. A very healthy diet low in wheat and sugar is the key to healthy teeth. Did you know that Fluoride will deplete your teeth from calcium and leaves horrible marks on them you never can get off again? Did you see that most of the kids on bottled milk have bad teeth? As well, as they growing their second set of teeth far too early. The more milk, the earlier the teeth will come. In my opinion those teeth are not of good quality. As all in our body - they need time to grow. The slower the better. For me it is pretty clear, those kids will have tremendous health problems in the near future. Once your teeth have problems, your systems has problems.

It also has been proven that many newborns have now already kidney stones and because of this many have major health problems right from birth. Kids with the age of 4-5 years are diagnosed with kidney stones formed from calcium. There major cause are from salted chips, French fries, canned food, energy and mineral drinks and high calcium consumption. Please note again: Calcium intake from natural food sources are healthy and the way we have to eat calcium. So the question simply is: Are we ready for the change? Can we live healthy and take care that our kids will get plenty of healthy food? Don't get yourself and family fooled by fails information build up from an industry who only wants to make provides.
