Did any of you had this symptoms over the last few weeks?
* Strong sudden headache, mostly on the crown of your head * Vomiting * Several bowl movements a day * Swollen lymphatic notes * Dizziness * Skin rush or itch * After 36 hours improvement, but still a week of feeling sluggish
Well, I have to tell you - You had no migraine at all. Nor Bali Belly. You had a toxic food poisoning. Which means poisoned from toxin in the food!
Food today is so loaded with chemicals and toxins, that if the levels are getting too high, the body just has to have a reaction on it. And this is a normal reaction to toxic food poisoning. And I tell you, you better have one, that means you cleared out the poison and your system is working quite well. If you still can eat all the toxic rubbish out there and no reaction, I would be very worried. Than the washing machine of your body just does not work anymore. You are already a toxic junky!
For parents a condition of their child like this is very confusing. Their normal first way would be to the emergency room. More chemicals and drugs and trauma for the child.
The reality in our world is something nobody of us should close their eyes for anymore. Food is poisoned with chemicals to keep it fresh or make it look nice. Food is process to a way I can only say - This is empty substances we eating. Food is treated with radioactivity to make it sterile. Food is genetic produced. It is criminal! But no police is behind this...
To be honest: ARE WE ALL MAD? Don't we get the point anymore? Does nobody realize what we doing? I just was reading an article which reports that 50 000 people last year had a very strange sickness of the skin. Their skin releases fibers which they actually don't know where they are coming from. But they found already a link to genetic food. Did you hear about this 50 000 people being sick like this? No? Strange, but you heard about 200 cases of bird flu in Indonesia? Basically every day in the media. Strange, isn't it?
In UK supermarkets reacted on their customers as they complained about hidden MSG in food, so they put up labels to show which products have MSG and... they got sued. Now they are not allowed to do so anymore. ARE WE MAD TO ACCEPT THIS?
As many cases in the past have shown, customers have it in their hands to make a change. If you stop buying a certain product, the companies will notice the drop in sells. The big champagnes of Greenpeace about the Shell Platform a few years ago was so powerful, that Shell had to go another way in the future. And they did! So why are we so blind and stupid to accept that they poisoning our food and we still buy? Seams like the food industry has a lot of power. In Europe a big company uses methods like the mafia to force farmers to buy their genetic food crops. WHY DO WE ACCEPT THIS?
The water in our world is by now so dirty, that we hardly can use spring water anymore for drinking. It has to be filtered, other ways would make us sick. I still remember times I could drink out of a little stream in my hometown without that I had to worry. The water tasted great, alive and refreshed me. Do your children know how real spring water tastes? There are still a few clean springs around Bali, but not a lot. But how much longer? And in your place? House water is so dirty, you can catch anything from e-coli to 100 sorts of drugs, mineral oil and chemicals in it. No, not just here in Bali - worldwide. And we just taking it. ARE WE ALL BLIND?
Fish is swimming in mercury poisoned sea water, Fish is swimming around Radioactive waist dropped in the sea, Fish is put in Formalin to keep it fresh. I love to eat fish. I remember to eat fish which was so soft and fresh and smelled so good I could not eat anything else. I remember buying the freshest fish in supermarkets. Today, the fish stinks, the fish looks shabby, the fish has dead eyes. Fish has colors, which fish shall not have. Did you know that Salmon is actually not rose? It is quite white. It is only so rose, because in farms they feed them shrimps. Its like the Flamingos, they get pink from eating shrimps. But many people are allergic to shrimps. So what does a Salmon which was feed with Shrimps to do someone allergic to Shrimps? Right, it makes them sick. Fish today makes me sick for days... and not just me, many others too. If fish dies in the sea, the sea is poisoned. No other reason. If fish dies, we die. Not today, but soon... SERVES US ALL WELL FOR BEING SO IGNORANT!
Do you really believe it does not matter where youR food comes from? Do you really believe you and your children will be okay with this kind of food for the next 80 years?
The other day I bought some organic spinach and other vegetable stuff. The next day I made it to a nice dish which ended up in the bin. It tasted like soap and after two spoons I had a bad feeling in my stomach. Organic? What a joke! Point one: It is very easy to ask a printer to make any kind of label for you. Point two: What means organic? First of all, the standard for real organic food is really high. In Bali there is now an organization starting to control organic farms - The Bali Organic Association short BOA. Ask for their products, they are clean as far their standards go. I was quite surprised myself who was not able to join them... But I just found this great chocolate which is made organically with no soy or cane sugar, all real food stuff and you know what? It is chocolate from Heaven! It tastes as chocolate tasted when I was a child!
Organic means normally: The soil has not seen any kind of chemicals for more than 8 years. This is the time most toxins have washed out. But if we take for example DDT, the beloved fogging remedy, it takes up to 15 years to clear out the soil. DDT can cause a lot of damages. Infertility in men and women, premature birth, no breast milk, low birth weight, blood cancer (leukemia). DDT is band in most Western countries by now, why is is still used in many other countries? Back to organic. So once you got 8 years clear soil, you shall not put any corps in which are not organic nor genetic. You shall only use clear and clean water on your field. Radioactive and polluted rain really help on this... So, to be honest... do you now even still think the papaya in your garden is organic? WILL YOU STILL ENJOY IT OR ASK YOURSELF WHAT MIGHT BE IN THERE?
Behind my house someone started a local organic warung. Great idea. Really. I think this is a start. But than... the vegetables come from behind where I live. The water used on this fields has run down 50 kilometers or more from the hills. We just had a big fogging in my village and last but not least they are going to use supermarket Palm Oil and they do not use RO water for cooking. They really believe, just boiling the water for the rice is okay. Organic? You tell me... It is quite sad, but they really believe they doing organic and the rest of the village too. Sadly many people believe stuff is organic. Or even normal food is okay, BUT IT IS NOT!
Many times when I talk to people about toxins and chemicals in our food, people say: Oh, I avoid MSG. Yes, but what about the genetic stuff? Do you really know where it comes from, the rice your eating? The grains you serve your children? Or they freak out and say: "Oh, don't come me with this again, cannot hear it anymore!" Why? Because it is beyond your security? Don't tell me you are bored? Do you really think this is boring?
Once I meet a captain of a boat who was fishing and sailing all over the world. He told me, that more than 20 years ago in the Caribbean they had the biggest laugh about him in a small port. He and his son went for a fish several days. They were pretty proud about the big fish they cough. One was 1.20m long. As they arrived in the port and other local fishermen saw what they caught, they called them mad. Never eat a fish longer than from your hand to your elbow - it lived to long, it has too many toxin. This story is more than 25 years old. These Caribbean fishermen knew more than we do today... My friend the captain throw all the fish over board, feeling bad to have done something so wrong. But he learned his lesson for life. DON'T WE LEARN OUR LESSONS ANYMORE?
If I talk to older people, they all still remember how clean the world was. How food tasted. They all getting sad faces when they remember and when we talk about how things are now. Do your children know how food tastes that is natural, fresh and just good? Sad fact is that the generations knowing and remembering this are dying out like the Dinosaurs, like the Orangutans. One day there will be nobody remembering, so nobody will care. Is this what we will have to face in the future? Plastic food, for plastic people?
More people getting sicker and sicker, have no energy, more people develop strange sicknesses nobody knows where they coming from. More children develop allergies and have low immune systems, look pale, cannot deal with the sunlight nor the slightest sickness. Cancer rates are exploding. And it seams nobody really cares or what? It is time to wake up folks! More than just time!
The FOOD REVOLUTION means:
Get out there and tell them you don't want this rubbish anymore!
Don't buy junk food
Don't buy food from big co-operations
Breast feed your baby!
Don't buy food which is not clearly declared
Tell your friend about the reality
Go on the internet for only one evening, skip your bar time one time, and find out what is really going on.
Think over what is really more important for you:
Your big bank account, your villa with pool or good food on the table?
Your time on the bar with your friends, or cooking a good meal for your kids?
Your next tennis appointment or finding out where to get the best food for your family?
I love it when people telling me: "I got better things to do than cooking!" Really? REALLY?
It is about priorities. You got the choice! Only you and me can make a change in using our brains again and not to be a sheep in the row to the slaughter...
