which stocks many wholefoods and organic supplies. We have natural health
remedies and supplements, a range of dried herbs, organic light meals
and snacks, fresh juices smoothies, lassies, coffees and teas. Our fresh
food is all made on the premises and using the best quality produce
which is largely organic. No MSG, microwave, no aluminum or Teflon cookware
or reheated oils or margarines. We support the local farmers who are
choosing organic and passionate farmers. We offer environmental service
information and recycling services. We have additional health oriented
services such as yoga , meditation, qigong and art. Thursday night market
you can meet our fruit and vegetable suppliers and buy direct from them.

one really thinks that a gourmet fine foods shop is a place for kids,
but the kids themselves tell a different story. For
Halloween, DIJON always has capes – black with red and black with
black for those Dracula and witch wannabes, and witches hats for everyone.
At Christmas, the same story with santas and stockings, and lots of
cookies and candies. We also have nuts and fruits in smallish sizes
for kids if a healthier snack is called for. A selection of Heinz baby
food for babies and lots of good cereals for a healthy breakfast. At
the CORNER CAFÉ, kids can order their own sandwiches or salads
exactly as they like. Small kiddies can join in using the highchair.
