Warning - Neuro Toxins in our Food by Fabrice (who made the effort

MSG
(Ajinomoto) and Aspartame (Nutra-Sweat, Equal, Spoonful) are in
many foods, drinks and restaurants in Bali - The main offenders
are: Diet Drinks, some Indonesian Food and Japanese Restaurants
Ajinomoto
is a Japanese company now owned by Monsanto from Missouri (pronounced
misery) the wonder/suppliers of MSG, Aspartame, Genetically Modified
and Agent Orange used in the Vietnam war. Some of the 90 documented
symptoms caused by MSG and Aspartame are: Headaches, Migraines,
Dizziness, Seizures, Nausea, Weight Gain, Rashes, Fatigue, Irritability,
Insomnia, Anxiety, Memory Loss and Joint Pain.
The
US AIR Force formally warned all its pilots not to consume diet
drinks, MSG, snack foods and Japanese food in their official safety
bulletin in May and August 1992 because of the neuro-toxic effect
in their ability to fly a plane.
Many
other non-military pilots have complained of the same symptoms
including seizures. A 1990 edition of Plane and Pilot Magazine
told of the story an air force pilot who traced the pattern of
tremors and seizures he suffered for two years due directly to
his consumption of nutra-sweet/MSG. When he stopped eating Aspartame/MSG
his symptoms stopped buy when restarted so did the tremors. Plane
and Pilot Magazine reported this case "After using Nutri-Sweet/MSG
a pilot experienced blurred vision so severe he was unable in
flight to read instruments and very narrowly avoided a tragic
landing.
Nutra-sweet
MSG causes chronic depletion of serotonin (the happy hormone)
a brain chemical and neurotransmitter that regulates mood swings,
sleep patterns, and shuts down the hypothalamus and corpus callusum,
stopping left/right communication and consequently creative thought.

Japan
has been the biggest biological experiment in history. Aji No
Moto (MSG) (now Monsanto) is a Japanese company and since 1950
has introduced massive quantities of MSG in all foods. Japanese
restaurants put it in everything. Yes! Even in Sushi rice, miso,
dashi sauce.
Asking
any Japanese restaurateur to not use MSG is inviting bankruptcy.
The consumer is addicted to it. MSG tricks the brain into thinking
that there is more taste. Ask Japanese restaurants for no MSG
and they will lie in your face "We don't add MSG". They
don't have to. It is in all the sauce mixes. Anywhere in the civilized
world Chinese restaurants must advertise no MSG or clientele is
small but Japanese Restaurants get away with "The Great FOOD
Deception" from Robot Land.
MSG
and its close cousin Aspartame are called nuero-toxins or excito-toxins
(www.nomsg.com). MSG also hides
behind terms like flavor enhancer hydrolyzed vegetable protein
natural flavor or in Japan as amino acid and other pseudonyms.

The slow poisoning of USA (www.spofAMERICA.com)
reports Americans alone now consume 160 million pounds of MSG
a year and yet it's a brain poison. The increase in the consumption
in the USA is directly proportional to the increase in obesity.

MSG attacks what is called the brain blood barrier, a defense
system that normally prevents toxins entering the brain. Even
tiny amounts of toxic substances like MSG and Aspartame can cause
brain cell to over react so that it becomes exhausted and dies.
Hence they are called excito-toxins.
MSG
and Aspartame also cause food craving and makes people fat. The
epidemic of obesity exploding across the world is largely caused
by these additives, the use of which has mirrored the rise in
overweight people.
Another
similarity with Aspartame is the way MSG was allowed onto the
market without adequate safety checks and most of the later studies
into its health effects have been conducted, as usual, by "researchers"
linked to "food giants"is. The food corporations that
profit massively from MSG say that it is safe!
Aspartame
was manipulated though the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
"safety checks" by Donald Rumsfield, the US War Secretary
under both Bush presidents and CEO of Searle Pharmaceuticals when
he used his buddies in the Reagan/Bush administration to have
fundamental doubts about the safety of Aspartame ignored. Searle
later sold out the Monsanto and now Aspartame is in a ever growing
number of drinks and food stuffs. A trend only stemmed by the
fear of class action law suits over its effects on human health...

Several
food suppliers are able to provide us so called "fast food"
or "fast food mixes" without MSG or Aspartame. I found
an organic dashi sauce, instant soup, stocks, etc without MSG
or any declarations which are unclear. Some items I found now
even replace corn, wheat and yeast with rice or other natural
ingredients. It is just up to you to make another choice. It is
the awareness of what you buy and what you eat. I am asking right
now several stores to make clearer declarations on their self
produced food. Ask your store around the corner to do the same.
If they don't have anything to hide, they will do it!
