Jodie O'Shea Orphanage was opened in 2005 in honour of a beautiful young lady who sadly lost her life in October 2002. There are currently 55 children living in the home ages range from one month old to the eldest who is 20 and just finishing his college studies. Alison & Yanto who founded the orphanage together with their dedicated staff strive to give these children good nutrition, education, hope for the future & most of all love.With so many children and carers and totally reliant on donations donations of food such as milk, fresh fruit, meat, chicken and other fresh produce are extremely welcome.Work training for the older children is also of extreme importance and a couple of local businesses generously support them in this programme but they are always looking for more support. Visitors are welcome on appointment.
