are so sweat - Sugar! by Ni Zain
Okay,
I know. Sugar is one of the things hard to talk about. Nearly
everyone is this whole wide world is by today addicted to sugar.
I would rate it as the biggest and most dangerous drug in the
world. But... I admit. I love it too. And here comes another but...
I am weaning of the drug and... I understand the picture about
why sugar is become such a problem for human kind in general.
To make clear: I am talking about the empty white sugar. Not all
these other wonderful sweats like palm sugar, honey and natural
sweeteners like Stevia or simply dates, raisins or other dry fruits.
White sugar is actually an imitation of something else. Nobody
knows what...
From
childhood on, I was used to get high levels of sugar in any kind
of form. Cakes, sweats, gums, chocolate, soft drinks, etc... I
know them all. By the time I was around 10 years, I remember that
my sugar intake was uncontrollable anymore. Looking back I would
say I had a hardcore addiction. Until my teens I was a super slim
and healthy girl. Once I started to get into puberty the problems
started. I believe I had my first yeast infection with around
13 years. The hormonal changes showed the truth of my health -
bad. I got acne, put on a lot of weight until I was around 25
years. I never could say at any
point that I was ever healthy again. Still living on lots of sugar
and wheat. I had this nasty fungal infection
until the age of 34 years. High sugar and wheat intake has spoiled
a lot of my life time...But I did not really know better, as I
just did what everyone else did. If I would have known and understood
at that time! But nobody ever really got into checking my diet.
So
why is sugar so powerful?
To
understand where the problem really sits you need to know the
most important fact:
When
we craving for sugar - We craving for vitamins and minerals out
of sweat food - Fruits!
In
craving for sweats our body signalizes us: I am leaking certain
kind of vitamins out of fruits. For me to understand this part
of the process was a key to understand what is happening to us.
So,
get this now: You craving for sugar. You eat a piece of cake.
You got some energy, got some (very little) nutrition, but in
putting sugar into your body, you also lowered your immune level
up to 75%. When your body has to deal with the sugar, it has to
burn more vitamins, minerals and energy. So within short time
your body craves for what again? Sweat! Because it still has not
got the requested vitamins from the fruits. With eating a piece
of cake you even got a bigger lack of vitamins than you had before.
So this is the point you now already shaking and you going for
the rest of the box of chocolate in the fridge. This is why now
you cannot stop anymore. This is why kids once they got one piece
of sweat, they want more. Increased craving for sweats is actually
an alarm bell of the body to tell us it was losing high amounts
of vitamins and minerals.
The
food industry knows this and works with it. They
putting sugar in anything they can. They manipulate us via high
and hidden sugar intake. This big soft drink company, you know
whom I mean, they got a very clever trick now. They put corn syrup
in their drinks. So they can write down corn and not sugar. Ha!
Clever these guys. But corn is the same bad stuff, and even worse.
Both, sugar and corn have nothing in them. No vitamins, no minerals.
Only short term energy. They throw your sugar level up like a
catapult and make you drop lower after. For me these practice
is criminal. And the most criminal is that most gouverments support
these. If you look at basic live standard list in most of the
countries what do they include? Sugar, Coffee and Cigarettes.
You must been joking! I have to admit these three things are really
helping us to survive....
After
being a sugar addict most of my life I managed to reduce sugar
around 95%. As a parent and healer today I educate parents around
me, what they doing to their children letting them live on high
levels of sugar. If I see the snack boxes of some children - stuffed
with high sugar products and wheat. For me it is very clear: As
long as they little they may not develop major problems. I hear
this sentence from almost all parents all the time: "He/she
is a healthy little child!" Yes, but wait another 10 or 15
years. Why has diabetes gone up more than 400% world wide in the
last 20 years??? 400%! Diabetes IS the "Sugar-Sickness".
Why do viral infections have such an easy go world wide? Cancer?
Immune Diseases? Allergies?
I
have been reading hundreds of articles and books in which is widely
warned to eat sugar. Sugar is hidden everywhere. It starts with
baby products and ends with your bottle of tomato-ketchup. For
me it is an absolute paradox to put sugar in a fresh fruit juice.
It is sweat already. No? Than your taste buds are already so spoiled
that you cannot taste the fine nuances of food anymore and...
you are giving this to your children in educating them drinking
juices with sugar. One of my most favorite drinks today is fresh
lime juice. Take one lime (jeruk nipis) squeeze out the juice,
top it with room temperature water and drink it... Believe it
or not: IT IS SWEAT! And has high levels of calcium and vitamin
C in a form it can be easy absorbed by the body. With this drink,
Colloidal Silver and a little
rest you can fight any infection away in no time. Even a Bali
Belly!
Ask
yourself honestly: Do I know someone around me who is 100% healthy
and fit, happy and beautiful no matter what age? Ask yourself
why...
Not long ago I meet a nice French father on the beach, who told
me that he regular freaks out when the grandparents give his children
sweats. But the end of the story is simply - he is the bad one
for the kids and the grandparents. He asked me: Why do people
believe that giving children sweats is like showing them how much
we love them? Well. There we have to look a little bit back in
history. Most grandparents have been little children
in the second world war - a world wide health desaster. For them
to get some sweats - including fruits - was a real treat. So they
learned that getting something sweat is something special. It
sits so deep in their souls that they don't even realize why they
have to give sweats to show their love. For them it was their
grandmother, who was always hiding some sweats to give them when
they were kids. In those times it really was a special treat.
Sometimes it was just an apple. But as nobody had fruits, a sweat
apple was a treat. "The apple in the neighbors garden!"
Once
we understand all this threats hanging together, we might be able
to understand why sugar is so powerful and hard to get out of
our lives.
By
now I always use fruits when someone in our family craves for
sugar. And it works very well. I believe that many kids with behavior
problems can easily be treated by cutting down their sugar intake.
Hyperactive children slow down to slow motion within a day or
two. Sadly many parents do not realize how hyper their children
are, as they are hyper too. Our society is getting more and more
hyper and, as it is a mass movement, nobody realizes it anymore.
And now it comes: Many think this is caused by stress. NO! It
is the high sugar and wheat intake which makes everyone hyper
and running around like Gui ne-pigs. Well, at the end, it is stress
for us to always run around. Our food is the cause of about 80%
of our problems. The rest goes on the account of toxins. And sugar
is around 40% of the food problem each one is running. Nobody
can tell me anymore any stories about the last research done.
It is for me all cold coffee - The truth is: We EAT wrong. And
we raising our children like this.
Have
a look at the special kids diet: Soft Drinks, Pizza, Cakes, Milk,
Cereals, Hamburgers, Pasta, Candies, Ice Cream, sugared juices,
artificial vitamins.. what else? When will we understand? When
will you understand?
Next
time you go shopping think twice what you buy for your child.
A packet of "Chocolate Bears" or some nice organic dry
fruits. No excuse - you can get it all in Bali. But sure it takes
a little effort and.... LOVE. Real love, not sugar love.
The
war is over - or has it just started???
